Carbon and water footprint measurement
We are taking different measures and actions, participating in the carbon and water footprint workshops, controlling implemented activities and following up on those with the greatest impact, in order to reduce the effect our coffee production has on the environment. We have tried reducing water consumption by reusing it, as well as treating residual biomass in order to use it as organic fertilizers.
