For a second time the first low carbon coffee in the world was presented to the public at the Melbourne International Coffee Expo 2018, the biggest coffee fair in Asia and the Pacific. Representatives of the National Coffee Institute´s (ICAFE) Department for Promotion traveled to Australia in order to position the Café de Costa Rica brand and present the recent achievements of the Costa Rican Coffee NAMA.

ICAFE was satisfied with its reach during the event on March 22nd to 24th 2018, managing to create several direct contacts with Melbourne´s coffee industry. This included mostly small and medium sized roasters, baristas and several decision-makers. In addition, ICAFE managed to successfully position Café de Costa Rica in terms of innovation, coffee processing and sustainability.

The MICE is the biggest coffee fair in Asia and the Pacific, reaching almost 10.000 individuals of the coffee industry every year. For more info check out http://internationalcoffeeexpo.com/.
